Dutasteride vs finasteride (from Reddit)

There are a significant number of men who report an increased sexual drive on finasteride, possibly as many as report the opposite. Dutasteride causes more sexual side effects but it is not well documented because if has not undergone the scrutiny of rigorous FDA studies. I don’t recommend dustasteride for my patients for these very reasons.
