I had SMP and it turned blue I also had FUE into the scars. Can I remove the SMP without killing the grafts?

Yes, there is value to get out the ‘bad’ pigment then if you want you can use a proper pigment that will not turn bright blue if the scar still shows. The Q-Switch laser that takes out the blue pigment and will not go deep enough to kill the hairs around the scar.
