I am now 6 days after surgery and have developed a lot of pimples, what do I do? (photo)

At 6 days, it is almost certainly an infection. There are still some crusts that are partly off and these could cause a point for introduction of bacteria. That is why I am obsessed with washing the hair immediately after the surgery. I want my patients to keep doing it every day. My goal it to always keep the crusts off. You should return to see your doctor and ask to be examined. If it is an infection or a folliculitis, he/she will know how to treat it.
