Is this a failed hair transplant from my 5000 FUE grafts done 10 months ago?

I am sorry to tell you but I think that your hair transplant failed with the exception of the frontal area which clearly has some growth evident. I think that your doctor just does not want to tell you the truth. After getting 5000 grafts in a single session, more FUE would make you bald in the donor area so you will have to get a strip surgery if you want to repeat the surgery, assuming that you still have enough donor supply left. Find a doctor who understands the donor area supply issue, which, for another surgery is critical for your possible next experience. The alternative is to shave your head and get Scalp Micropigmentation which can make you look great and does not require more donor hair.
