For Hair Transplants should I start with FUE or FUT?

Thank you, so I have longer hair (shoulder length) I usually see that the strip or shaved fue area is somewhat in the middle of the back of head. I’m thinking of getting a minor procedure done as in just a touch up for the hairline.
