Frontal Recipient Site Necrosis

Necrosis is cell death in this case the result of probably the way the recipient sites were make. If over 16,000 by our group, we have never seen a case of necrosis. The majority of times, this is a technical failure; however, there are diseases that can cause this which the surgeon must be aware of.
