I’ll bet if you measure the height of the donor area from the base of the skull to the truly fringe area in the midline it would be 2 1/2 inches or less. This is what happens to many of the advanced Class 7 pattern patients in their lifetimes. That’s what’s going to happen to the grafts that we transplant from above this area, they will disappear. What remains is the $$ the doctor put in his bank account. Too many doctors would have transplanted the non-permanent hair on his head leaving him with a freaky look when it disappears
