I have DUPA (confirmed by dermatologist). I wanted to know if DUPA sufferers are suitable for beard transplant ? I hope I’m not taking too much of your time. Thank you and have a nice day !
Have your dermatologist look at your beard and if the hairs are fine, then yes these hairs can be used for a hair transplant. You can also use body hair, but the hairs are not the best because they don’t grow long and spend half of their life in sleep mode (telogen).
