Loss of hair after hairline lowering procedure in woman (photo)

Female has a hairline advancement surgery and then lost her hair behind the advanced hairline. The scar from the hairline advancement is shown. The black line is where she now wants the hairline to be placed so that it hides the scar from the previous surgery. A complication of this type of surgery is known to produce (1) further recession on the hairline and visualizing the scar from the surgical incision (2) more corner hair loss is also not uncommon in women who have facial surgery or just age.
