I Am Thinking About Doing a Small Hair Transplant at 22 Years of Age

22y/o here with diffuse thinning. I’ve accepted that growing my hair out long isn’t an option due to thinness and my hairline has started to go. I look fine with a buzzcut but would look great if I could fill in my temples.
