Some men have strong forelocks and when they start balding, as this mans has, you see the forelock remain strong and the balding occurs around the forelock (A, B, C). When a man has a strong forelock, they often don’t look like their are balding. They are very lucky. When I transplant this area, I leave the forelock alone, realizing that sometime as this man grows older, he may lose the forelock (about 50% of such men) and then he will need it transplanted.
